Keryx legal and support drafts

This directory holds the P1-06 draft privacy policy, terms/EULA, and support commitments for Keryx for SafeCall. Texts include English and Czech DRAFT bodies owned by Thomas Minitsios. They are not live public pages and are not counsel-reviewed.
Live HTTPS publication, in-app About links, and store console URLs remain later work (#107, #125).

{public_base} is the sourcectl-controlled public HTTPS host recorded in controlled release/organization records — not invented in this repository. Public web pages (P2-04) approves the publication packet; HTTPS deploy remains later implementation.

Any material change to data flows, permissions, processors, support class, or safety claims requires updating these drafts before store submission.
Approved inputs these drafts must match
- P0 publisher, name, CZ launch, free companion, support class, no analytics SDK
- Data classification
- Provisioning protocol
- Android delivery / iOS delivery
Provisional regulatory and delivery-limitation wording is consistent with P0 (Business; not a medical device; supplemental notifications). Normative claim language is approved in safety claims (P1-10).
Explicit non-claims
Closing #99 approves this draft package and URL plan. It does not:
- claim the URLs are live on the public internet;
- put monitored mailbox or phone numbers into git;
- wire Keryx Settings/About or store consoles;
- complete counsel review;
- replace safety claims as the claims source (#103).
Apple App Store privacy/nutrition and encryption export answers for the iOS candidate are specified in Apple privacy compliance (P1-07).
Google Play Data Safety, permissions, FGS posture, and related App content answers for the Android candidate are specified in Play Data Safety (P1-08).
