This document is the P2-02 listing-copy packet for Keryx for SafeCall. It approves paste-ready English and Czech store fields, reviewer notes, and release-note templates for Apple App Store and Google Play.

It does not claim that listings are live in store consoles, that public URLs resolve, that support contacts are verified in controlled records, that counsel reviewed the text, or that Czech app UI and SafeCall provisioning copy are localized in source.

Purpose and non-goals

Purpose

• Consolidate P0–P2 decisions into one canonical bilingual listing packet for both stores and every launch locale (English + Czech).
• Provide reviewer narrative, release-note templates, metadata, and compliance cross-checks aligned with safety claims and visual identity.
• Assign handoffs for screenshots, live URLs, console paste, and app localization.

Non-goals

• Pasting copy into App Store Connect or Play Console (#125).
• Producing screenshots or feature graphics — spec in store-screenshot-kit.md (P2-03); PNG export #123/#125.
• Publishing live privacy/terms/support pages — spec in public-web-pages.md (P2-04); HTTPS deploy deferred.
• Wiring Flutter or SafeCall administrator UI strings (#108).
• Inventing {public_base} hostnames or unverified contact values.

Single source for both stores. Fill console-specific forms from this table; questionnaire-derived age ratings remain P0-02 / #125.

Long description (Apple and Google)

Keryx for SafeCall is a free mobile companion for administrators of a separately contracted SafeCall physical or building deployment. Downloading Keryx does not buy or provide SafeCall. You need an active SafeCall installation operated by your organization.

WHO IT IS FOR
• SafeCall administrators and operators aged 18+
• Not a consumer app and not usable without SafeCall

HOW SETUP WORKS
1. In your SafeCall installation, select the alert categories you want on your phone.
2. SafeCall generates a QR code for your deployment.
3. Install Keryx on your own device, grant camera and notification permissions, and scan the QR code.
4. Verify a test notification, then use Active and Archive to manage alerts.

The QR code configures notification connectivity and your selected alert categories. Scanning it is not a payment, subscription, license, or paid digital-content unlock. Keryx has no user account, checkout, subscription, paid SKU, in-app purchase, or external purchase call to action.

WHAT KERYX DOES
• Shows supplemental operational alerts from your SafeCall deployment on your phone
• Active and Archive workflow for incoming alerts
• Pause, resume, scan a replacement QR, and reset local configuration when needed

IMPORTANT LIMITATIONS
• Keryx notifications are supplemental. They are not a substitute for on-site emergency procedures, phone or radio escalation, or SafeCall web monitoring.
• Alert delivery is not guaranteed. Focus modes, Do Not Disturb, denied notification permission, mute, force-stop, battery or background limits, network outages, and in-app pause can delay or suppress alerts.
• Keryx is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition.
• Keryx uses ordinary system notifications. The launch app does not use Apple Critical Alerts.
• Marking an alert read in Keryx is a local device action. It does not guarantee SafeCall or other administrators received confirmation.
• Your organization must keep non-Keryx operational paths such as SafeCall admin UI, phone or radio, and site procedures. Do not rely on Keryx as the only alarm channel.

REQUIREMENTS
• A contracted SafeCall deployment that can generate a Keryx QR code
• Camera access for QR scan
• Notification permission for alerts
• iPhone or iPad with iOS 17 or later, or Android 12 (API 31) or later on a Google Play-certified device

MANAGED DEVICES
Organizations may assign or install the public Keryx app through standard MDM or managed Google Play. This is an installation channel only. Administrators still grant permissions and scan a SafeCall-generated QR. Managed app configuration, injected credentials, and zero-touch provisioning are not supported at launch.

SUPPORT
Support uses the existing SafeCall support channel during Czech business hours (Monday–Friday, CET/CEST). Support response targets are not alert-delivery guarantees.

JAK PROBÍHÁ NASTAVENÍ
1. Ve vaší instalaci SafeCall vyberte kategorie upozornění pro telefon.
2. SafeCall vygeneruje QR kód pro vaše nasazení.
3. Nainstalujte Keryx na vlastní zařízení, povolte fotoaparát a upozornění a naskenujte QR kód.
4. Ověřte testovací upozornění a používejte Aktivní a Archiv.

QR kód nastaví konektivitu upozornění a vybrané kategorie. Jeho naskenování není platba, předplatné, licence ani odemknutí placeného digitálního obsahu. Keryx nemá uživatelský účet, pokladnu, předplatné, placené SKU, nákup v aplikaci ani odkaz na externí nákup.

DŮLEŽITÁ OMEZENÍ
• Upozornění Keryx jsou doplňková. Nenahrazují místní nouzové postupy, telefonickou nebo radiovou eskalaci ani monitoring SafeCall ve webu.
• Doručení upozornění není garantováno. Režimy soustředění, Nerušit, zamítnuté oprávnění, ztlumení, vynucené ukončení, limity baterie nebo pozadí, výpadky sítě a pozastavení v aplikaci mohou upozornění zpoždit nebo potlačit.
• Keryx není zdravotnický prostředek a nediagnostikuje, neléčí, neuzdravuje ani nezabraňuje žádnému stavu.
• Keryx používá běžná systémová upozornění. Verze pro uvedení nepoužívá Apple Critical Alerts.
• Označení upozornění jako přečteného v Keryx je místní akce zařízení. Negarantuje potvrzení pro SafeCall ani ostatní správce.
• Organizace musí zachovat provozní cesty mimo Keryx, například admin UI SafeCall, telefon nebo rádio a místní postupy. Nespoléhejte na Keryx jako jediný poplachový kanál.

PODPORA
Podpora probíhá stávajícím kanálem SafeCall v pracovní dny v ČR (pondělí–pátek, CET/CEST). Cíle podpory nejsou garancí doručení upozornění.
